1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing playtime maya, registering an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device or method of access used.

Failure to complete verification or the submission of false, misleading, or altered documents will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds associated with that account.

playtime maya does not accept registrations from individuals who are self-excluded or have been excluded by the platform. If you have previously been excluded, you must not attempt to register a new account.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered contact details. playtime maya will never ask you to share your OTP with any staff member.

You must notify playtime maya immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. All activities that occur under your account credentials are your responsibility unless you have reported a breach in a timely manner.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain current and accessible.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

playtime maya uses SSL encryption across all transactions and sessions. Account access is protected by OTP-based two-step verification. Despite these measures, you remain responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on playtime maya are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied to your balance.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking portals, bank transfers from Philippine banks, and local e-wallets where available. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit where applicable. Processing times vary depending on the payment channel and your VIP tier. playtime maya does not guarantee specific processing times but aims to process requests promptly.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require additional documentation.

5 Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on playtime maya are final once confirmed. You accept the odds, stakes, and market selections shown on your bet slip at the time of confirmation. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where explicitly allowed by the platform for specific market types.

playtime maya reserves the right to void any wager in the following circumstances:

• The wager was placed on an event that was suspended, postponed, or cancelled prior to the outcome being determined.
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• There is evidence that the wager was placed in violation of these terms.
• The account placing the wager does not meet eligibility requirements.

Winnings from voided bets are not paid. The original stake amount is returned to the account balance for voided single wagers. For parlays containing a voided leg, the standard settlement rules for multi-leg wagers apply.

playtime maya does not tolerate any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit the platform. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be suspended immediately and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

playtime maya may offer promotional bonuses, cashback, and reward programmes to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

Where promotional terms are not specified, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific requirements will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• playtime maya reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion – including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other means – will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

No promotional claim will be honoured where the account holder does not meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time the promotion was active.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

playtime maya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to applicable dormancy procedures.
• At the request of the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be reinstated or returned. Balances associated with confirmed prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support at support@playtimemaya.net. Any pending wagers will be settled in the normal course before the account is closed, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment channel.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playtime maya is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

playtime maya makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control may result in temporary downtime. playtime maya will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

The outcome of all games and bets is governed by the relevant game rules and bet settlement rules. playtime maya is not liable for the outcome of any wager placed on the platform.

11 Privacy and Data

playtime maya collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. playtime maya does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the playtime maya platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with support will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or tribunal.

Before escalating any dispute formally, you are encouraged to contact playtime maya support at support@playtimemaya.net to seek an informal resolution. Most account and bet-related concerns are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.
